SHIPPING
How long is your processing time?
Most products are in stock allowing us to process and ship within 1-2 business days. If a product needs to be made, it can run between 2-5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary. Once your item ships and is in the hands of USPS, delivery can take between 2-5 business days, barring any delays during transit and final delivery.
Please note: We will use the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. If insurance or faster delivery is needed, please select the appropriate options.
Where are you located and do you ship Worldwide?
We are located in Byron Center, MI just south of Grand Rapids. We do not currently ship outside the US at this time. Please visit our Etsy Shop for shipments outside the US.
RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
All orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact info@morningdewdesigns.com.
Can I exchange a purchase for a different item?
We do not accept exchanges. Please be sure to double check that each item in your cart is correct prior to finalizing your purchase.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
In most cases people with metal skin irritations are just sensitive to nickel. All our ear wire and posts are nickel free and hypoallergenic. We use stainless steel posts and ear wire.
Do you offer gold and silver finishes?
Yes! Most products you can switch between gold and silver finishes. If the option isn't listed, just send us a quick email at info@morningdewdesigns.com and we can let you know if it can be switched out.
Is polymer clay lightweight?
Polymer clay is extremely lightweight. Most pieces weight about the weight of a quarter (.2 ounces).
How do I care for my polymer clay products?
While polymer clay is extremely lightweight, flexible, and durable, we recommend you still handle them with care. Do not shower, swim or sleep in any earrings. Avoid bending or leaving in the sun as they are made with a bakeable material. Clean with baby wipes or a q-tip with 100% acetone.
